Terms and conditions
Terms and conditions of the ECOintention trainings
By registering for one of our workshops, courses or the
vocational training (hereafter called “training”), you enter
into an agreement with Center for ECOintention. An agreement
should include clarity about what the student can expect
from the training Institute and what the training Institute
can expect from the student. This is what we mean by the
terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are published
on the website of Center for ECOintention. Definitions:
Center for ECOintention: training Institute that offers the
ECOintention Practitioners vocational training. Student: a
natural person who has registered for a course organized
and/or offered by Center for ECOintention. Course: every
workshop or part of the ECOintention Practitioner training
offered or organized by Center for ECOintention, one of her
staff or freelance trainers, delivered in the Netherlands or
elsewhere. Course fees: the fee that the student owes Center
for ECOintention for participating in a course or training.
Conditions: By registering you agree to the
following conditions: 1. By completing the
registration form on the website or by email the Student
agrees with these terms and conditions and with the delivery
of the course by Center for ECOintention or one of her staff
as described in the relevant brochure of the chosen course.
2. Registration takes place in the order that
registrations are received and on condition of availability.
3. Course fees include VAT, course material, coffee and
tea. When you register for courses on location you will have
the option to sign up for lunch for an extra fee. The course
fee excludes the cost of the books “In Resonance with
Nature” and “The Universe Loves a Happy Ending” by Hans
Andeweg. The Course fee excludes participation in the
practice days. In the second, third and fourth years of the
training the course fee includes an amount for individual
mentoring of your project.
4. The course fee includes €75 registration costs. This
amount will not be reimbursed if the training is cancelled.
5. Students may request a reimbursement 14 days from the
date of payment.
6. Course fees must be paid no later than three weeks
after receipt of the invoice by the student, and at least
one week before the start of the training. If you withdraw
from the training up to 4 weeks before the start you will be
reimbursed 50% of the full amount. If you withdraw less than
4 weeks before the start of the training you will be
reimbursed 25% of the full amount. If you withdraw after the
start of the course you will receive no reimbursement.
7. The student is personally responsible at all times for
the payment of the course fees.
8. In a situation where the student fails to pay on time,
all costs such as interest, fee collection costs, legal and
other costs are payable by the student.
9. The amount will be refunded to the student within 14
days if the Guardians contribution is still paid to Center
for ECOintention.
10. In the third and fourth year of the training students
balance organizations or ecosystems that they are not the
Guardians of. The Guardians pay for the student’s balancing
of the project through the ECOintention training and receive
an invoice from Center for ECOintention. The Guardian’s
fee is part of the course fees and is an agreement between
the student and the Guardian. If the Guardian’s fee has not
been paid by 1 October of the relevant course year then the
student will be personally responsible for paying it. The
amount will be paid back to the student should the
Guardian’s fee be paid to Center for ECOintention by the
Guardian at a later date.
11. Group size for in-person trainings is minimum 14 and
maximum 20 students. Center for ECOintention reserves the
right to cancel a training in the event of too few
registrations. Center for ECOintention may also decide to
combine groups to ensure the minimum number of participants
which may result in a change of location. Should the new
location mean that the student can no longer participate in
the training then a request to annul the contract and
receive reimbursement can be submitted to Center for
ECOintention. In this case the whole course fee will be
reimbursed within 14 days.
12. There will be no reimbursement made for classes that
are missed. If a student cannot join a particular class then
they inform Center for ECOintention by email or telephone
before the start of the class.
13. Course days that have been missed may be taken at a
different location within the same course year following a
request by email or telephone, as long as there is enough
space in the group at the desired location.
14. The course folder becomes the property of the student
once the course fees have been paid in full. The authors’
rights remain with Center for ECOintention / Hans Andeweg / Rijk Bols. It is not permitted to pass on course material in
part or fully to third parties nor to use it to teach in any
way or form.
15. During the training, course timings remain in
principle the same. Should a change be necessary this will
be made in consultation with students.
16. The content and design of the courses may differ from
the descriptions on the website or other public information.
This is up to the trainer and Center for ECOintention.
17. Every training is completed by successfully going
through and finishing specific elements:
17a. Maximum two course days are permitted to be
missed every course year. Insufficient attendance will
result in no diploma being awarded.
17b. ECOintention I: there are no pre-requisite
requirements for admission to the first year of the
training. The first year is successfully completed through
sufficient attendance, attending a practice day and passing
a theory exam. If all conditions are met and all the
elements are successfully evaluated, the trainee receives a
diploma.
17c. ECOintention II: admission to the second
year of the training is conditional upon having an
ECOintention I diploma. The second year of the training is
successfully completed through sufficient attendance,
successful balancing of your own house/garden/work, passing
the dowsing exam, passing the theory exam, attending a
practice day, presenting the project during the final course
day and composing and submitting on time a report about the
project containing all the information required by Center
for ECOintention. If all conditions are met and all the
elements successfully evaluated, the trainee receives a
diploma.
17d. ECOintention III: admission to the third
year of the training requires an ECOintention II diploma and
evidence that the student has followed at least three blocks
of Intuitive Development (108 study hours). These three
blocks may also be completed during ECOintention III. The
third year of the training is completed by successfully
balancing and coaching an individual and a collaborative
project, passing the dowsing exam, passing the theory exam,
attending a practice day, presenting both projects during
the final course day and composing and submitting on time
two reports about the projects containing all the
information required by Center for ECOintention. If all
conditions are met and all the elements successfully
evaluated, the trainee receives a diploma.
17e. ECOintention IV: admission to the fourth
year of the training requires an ECOintention III diploma.
The fourth year of the training is completed by successfully
balancing and coaching an individual and a collaborative
project (of which at least one of the projects is a
so-called abstract project), passing the dowsing exam,
passing the theory exam, running two workshops on two
practice days, composing and submitting on time two reports
about the projects containing all the information required
by Center for ECOintention and giving a public presentation
on a date and at a location agreed on in consultation with
the students. If all conditions are met and all the elements
successfully evaluated, the trainee receives the
ECOintention Practitioner diploma. 18. Complaints
may be submitted by following the complaints procedure. This
can be found on
Center for ECOintention website.
19. All information submitted by students to
Center for ECOintention or one of her staff will be treated
confidentially. |
